I grew up in San Antonio, Texas and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. In 1997, I moved to the Ardmore area. Prior to my employment at Oak Hall Episcopal School, I was employed for 12 years as an Equine Breeding Manager at Carol Rose Quarter Horses in Gainesville, Texas and Pieper Ranch in Marietta, Oklahoma. I was a substitute teacher at Oak Hall Episcopal School from 2008 to 2012 when I took up the full-time position of Physical Education Teacher.
During my time at Oak Hall, as both a parent and teacher, I served on the Board of Trustees 2009-2012; Oak Hall Finance Committee; and Oak Hall Head of School Search Committee; served as Director of Owl University after school enrichment program 2015-2018, and helped implement the Dickson Athletics Co-op. My husband, Carlos and I have been married since 1997 and have two children: Emily and Lauren. Lauren is a Senior at Dickson High School and Emily is a Sophomore at Texas Christian University. Both girls attended Oak Hall from EC3-Eighth Grade. They loved and enjoyed their 11 years of school here.
Away from school, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, attending sporting events, and being in the great outdoors. We are also members of St. Philip's Episcopal Church.
